Students from more than 25 different cities attend MIR, with the majority of the students residing in Redlands. The student population is diverse economically, socially, and ethnically, bringing a richness of language and culture to our program. Based on the response to MIR's community survey conducted in May 2005, more than 25% of the students speak a language other than English. More than 10% spoke a language other than English as their first language.
